Easy DIY on furniture

Your are full of willingness but you are named "Mrs 2 left hands"? Here is an easy way to transform a furniture in 3 steps :
A - Choose a sideboard or anything with door knobs and remove these door knobs
B - Apply directly the special primer (no need to sand... :-)) than 2 coats of white paint
B - Screw your new dotted door knobs

I found mine in a shop in France but I selected plenty of dotted door knobs you can order from home.

For your eyes only

I'm beginning a new category today : "For your eyes only". No prices, no adresses, only photos to focus on a designer, an artist, to illustrate the mood of an era... always with dots...

Here are 2 Arnold Scaasi's polka dot dresses :

On the left, Evening ensemble ,1961. Cream silk satin printed with red and black polka dots, red barathea.
On the right, the matched dress and coat, a 1957 ensemble.

Plunging necklines and bell-shaped skirts were the signature of Arnold Scaasi, american "couturier", born in Canada. He was noted for its large patterns, glamorous evening wear and cocktail dresses.

As delectable as beautiful?

I don't know, I didn't taste them... Anyway, these dot decorated cookies from Sugar & Flour are pretty as a picture. For those who like colors, it's a pleasure for the eye :

So much delicacy for a cookie that will be swallowed ( but savoured) in 3 minutes...

In my cottage

Do you imagine yourself in a little cottage, surrounded by a lush green garden full of flowers. Here's the fabric to decorate, you only need the cottage... :

It's the Delilah fabric collection by Tanya Wheelan.

With a slighlty different design, but always with dots, flowers and this retro style, the Darla collection :

All these fabrics are at Sew deerly loved. This Etsy shop is owned by a mother of 6 children (congrats!). There's a great choice of fabrics, and in the same style, with dots and flowers, these japanese fabrics :
